Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use the services available at Qwintry.com and Banderolka.com. In consideration of your use of the Service and agreement to its terms and conditions, you certify that you have used your full and actual legal name, you are of legal age to form a binding agreement and you are not a person with legal restrictions under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
Qwintry LLC provides through its websites Qwintry.com and Banderolka.com the following services:
Mail forwarding of small mail packages (further Packages) from the US to any country where there is an active relationship between the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the postal services of the destination country. Qwintry LLC does not offer services for sending packages to destinations within the United States or Canada. As an exception, packages may be returned to the seller at any destination if necessary.
Qwintry LLC reserves the right to update, modify, enhance and transform the Service to any form and for any use.
Qwintry LLC is not responsible for the actions of any third party organization, such as postal and courier services (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). All terms and conditions of use of the third party organizations are subject to their separate agreements.
The Client bears sole responsibility for any customs duties, as well as other payments and fees, related to postal services and transferring goods across international borders.
The liability of Qwintry LLC cannot exceed the cost of services that were provided by Qwintry LLC for a specific order.
Qwintry does not guarantee delivery of packages if the customs declarations associated with these packages were not filed in a proper manner in accordance with import-export rules and regulations of the US and the respective country's customs. It is the Client's responsibility to become aware of those regulations and verify that they are followed when shipping the package.
Qwintry does not work with pieces of mail that do not have proper tracking numbers. Qwintry does not provide services related to processing or forwarding gift cards, payment cards, membership cards, coupons, or gift certificates purchased by clients from third party organizations or individuals.
Qwintry does not sent mail to P/O boxes or poste restante.
Qwintry agrees to store packages that belong to the Client free of charge for 45 days, after which period Qwintry reserves the right to charge the Client $0.5 a day per package. If the package has not been redeemed by the Client after 100 days, Qwintry reserves the right to apply its own discretion in utilizing or disposing of the contents of a package.
Qwintry is not responsible for identifying the owners of incoming packages with incorrect or incomplete information regarding delivery address and recipient. Qwintry reserves the right to apply storage fees to such packages according to standard procedure. In the event that the owner of a package has not contacted Qwintry and has not confirmed ownership of their package within 100 after its arrival and storage in the warehouse, Qwintry reserves the right to apply its own discretion in utilizing or disposing of the contents of a package.
The client assumes full responsibility for the inspection and verification of the contents of the order when it arrives in Qwintry’s warehouse. This can be achieved by checking the tracking number and receiving shipment confirmation from the sender, as well as by placing a special request to compare package contents with the invoice and/or photographing the contents.
Qwintry agrees to store consolidated Packages that are ready to be shipped for 7 days with no charge. After this period (beginning on the first full day), Qwintry reserves the right to charge the Client $2 per day to store each consolidated package that is ready to be shipped. If the consolidated Package has not been redeemed by the Client after two months, Qwintry reserves the right to apply its own discretion in utilizing or disposing of the contents of a package.
Packing lists enclosed in shipments do not represent inventories, but are strictly internal documents used by Qwintry’s warehouse. Packing lists should not be considered confirmation that the number of items on the list reflects the actual number of items in the package.
Qwintry accepts claims on delivered packages within 7 days after the delivery date.
The Client grants Qwintry the right to open his or her packages and work with their contents.
Qwintry does not work with postal organizations in terms of requesting reimbursements of postal fees for unsatisfactory services. Nevertheless, Qwintry can provide the Client with all necessary documentation if he or she decides to contact a postal organization directly.
Qwintry does not provide any compensation for moral damages or for losses related to your own business operation, whatever it may be. The project is designed to provide services to individuals who make orders for themselves, their family members, and their friends.
Qwintry reserves the right to request additional documentation verifying the Client’s identity, as well as the legality of purchases and credit card use. This sample of randomly selected clients will help prevent credit card fraud.
Qwintry operates according to the laws of the United States of America, as well as the states of Alaska and Oregon.
